W. Smith Jr., ol\ Hunting- ton and the late Cynthia Wells Smith. The ceremony was perform- ed by tlie Rev. Albert E. Greanoff in St. John ' s Episcopal Church , and was followed by a reception held in the Parish Hall. The bride had her sister Mrs. Max ' Hein as msition of honor , and was attended also by Miss Diane Babcock and Mrs. Lawrence Smith , sister-in-law of the groom. Little Miss Paillette Hammerer was flower girl. Lawrence Smith was his brother ' s best man, and Max llein, John Alvar and Ken- neth .Anderson acletl as ushers. Tlie bride wore her sister ' s wed- ding guwn , trimmed With beautiful handwork of seed' pearls and French heads , fashioned with a hooped skirt anil fitted bodice. Her veil fell from ;i headpiece of the same pearls and French beads and she carried a bouquet of white roses an baby ' s breath. Mrs. llein ' s sown was of soft lemon yellow silk , Grecian style with a matching tulle stole. The oilier attendants wore pale green and pale pink gowns of tulle over net;- -with matching stoles. The flower girl was dressed in pale blue organdy. They all wore wreat hs of yellow roses and blue- dyed snapdragons and carried matching bouquets. The bride Is a graduate of Hunl- liiBton High School ant! the Pro- fessional Children ' s School in New York City. Her husband Is a grad- uate of South Huntington High School anil served In the U.S. Navy. He is a draftsman by trade.
