Manual Dally, 23, of 707 Engla ave- nue, Tho Bronx, was exonerated yes- terday of all blame for the death of an unidentified boy of 11 who was struck by a car Dally was driving nt 127tn street and Third avenue. Witnesses paid the boy ran out from the curb directly ahead of the approaching ma- chine. Dally carried tha boy to Hnrlem Hospital, but the lad died on the wny. The police description said the boy wore a white shirt, black knes pants, brown sweater and black shoes and etocklnors. Ife had brown eyre and hair and was of fair complazlon.
