To-du- y announcement that tho Buckeye Pipe JUno Company had ordered the payment of an extra cash dividend of 125 and that the Ohio Oil Company had ordered the payment of a stock dlvldcnt of 100 per cent, failed to arouse any more enthusiasm than an nouncements yesterday that the New 1 ork Transit Company had decided to pay an extra cash dividend of $80 a share and that the Northern ripe Lino Company will pay an extra cash dividend of $15 a share. Announcement that tho PIrloy- - Wiggly Company of Manhattan had been forced Into tho hands of re- ceivers had but slight sentimental ef fect on the Plggly-Wlggl- y shares of Chicago, listed on tho Exchange, its recession being limited to about n point.
