Dinner is served cither in the Fisher- man bar-lounge, or in the main dining room. The Schooner Restaurant is open seven days a week for, lunch and dinner. SESAME CHICKEN 2 tablespoons margarine 2 tablespoons oil 1 frying chicken (216 to 3 pounds), cut into serving pieces 1/3 cup flour seasoned with pepper V4 cup sesame seeds 3 tablespoons minced green onion Vi cup dry white wine juice of V2 lemon Melt margarine with oil in baking pan. Allow to cool slightly but not harden. In a paper bag, shake chicken in seasoned flour until coated. Then roll pieces in oil in baking pan, and arrange so that pie- ces do not touch. Sprinkle with lemon juice and sesame seeds. Bake at 375®F. for 30 minutes, or until lightly browned. Turn chicken; sprinkle with sesame seeds and minced onion. Pour wine into bottom of pan and cook for 30-45 minutes, bast- ing occasionally, until done. Yield: 4 servings Approx. cal/serv.: 400 BEEF AND STUFFING PIE 1 pound ground beef 2 eggs 1 package (6 oz.) Stove Top stuffing mix for beef V4 cup butter or margarine, cut in pieces 1% cups hot water 1 package ( 9 oz.) frozen cut green beans, thawed 2 slices (1 oz. each) process American cheese, cut into strips Combine meat and eggs. Press lightly into bottom and up the sides of two 7- or 8- inch pie pans to form shells. Place contents of vegetable/- seasoning packet and butter in bowl. Add water; stir just to blend and partially melt butter. Add stuffing crumbs; stir just to moisten. Add vegetable and spoon into shell. Bake at 350® for 20 minutes. Arrange cheese around edge and bake 10 minutes longer. Cut into wedges. Makes 5 cups plus meat or 6 servings.
