The story of how Four Chap- lains Sunday came about was very aptly told by Jim Carroll in this newspaper, so. repeating it would be only boring. However their heroic deeds should be repeated over *and over again. The above Interfaith Ser- vice brings us back to quite a dilemma for us, which is Rev, George Hardy's retirement in June, He is someone who will be sorely missed, especially by us veterans. We have had 3 Interfaith Services, first in Bethany Congregational, then St. Raymonds, and then in Temple Etz Cahim, and all three have been very successful and praise- worthy thanks to the very Continued on Page 12 OBITUARIES ANNA LAWSON of Lynbrook died on Friday, February 10. She was a resident of Lynbrook for 59 years. She is survived by cousin Florence Harries. She is survived by daughters Dorothy Lynch, Jeanne and Claire McGuire, sons William, Paul and John, sister Dorothy Lyons, and 12 grandchildren.
