PATENT TRADER Saturday, Dec, 2,1972 — 5A Stay ouf of my magnetic sandbox :'A-1 to Give\ W> bb and Parstfhs Gallery R< ute 22, Bedford IY ough Christmas londay to Saturday, 9 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. BEDFORD VILLAGE — Toys, wall hangings and as semblages deck the walls at Webb and Parsons. Takis' Magnetic Sandbox and John Wood's electronic Tune Doodler are two irresistible offerings These sculptors' toys could fascinate anyone — of any age. I had to re strain myself from pushing away a child who also wanted to play with the metal particles in the sandbox. Equally captivating are wooden figures by William Accors. His airplane constructions are charming; his strong man has a great stance and lots of character. Simi Berman is well-represented, but, as usual, her work was sold after only a short time in the gallery. But you can still look at her small sculptured figures, each one of a kind, painted in bright colors. They are amusing comments on people. In Room Service, a man in a slicker luxuriates in a bathtub. Everything here is for looking, touching and fun. —JUDITH KALINA HOW TO SOIVE THE QUOTE-ACROSTIC. 1. Define \Clues writing definitions in \Words\ column over numbered dashes 2.
