Army colonel, has spoken on fed eral aid to education throughout the New York Archdiocese, under Adult School Is Offering Tax Course CHAPPAQUA— \How to prepare your federal and New York State income tax returns,\ a course sponsored by the Chappaqua Adult School, will begin next Thursday and will con tinue for two additional two-hour sessions on Feb. 28 and March 7 from 8:15 to 10:15 p.m. at Robert E. These funds are not needed at present, and came in sooner than antici pated.
