The construction and equipment of a fire house on land owned by Fire District No. 1 in the Town of New Castle, New York, is hereby authorized at an estimated maximum cost of $125,000., including incidental expenses in connection there with. Section 2. The plan for the financing of the aforesaid object or purpose consists of the issu ance of serial bonds of said Fire District to be issued in the prin cipal amount of $125,000., which bonds are hereby authorized therefor pursuant to the Local Finance Law. Section 3. It is hereby deter mined that subdivision 11 (b) of paragraph a of Section 11.00 of the Local Finance Law applies to the aforesaid object or pur pose and that the period of prob- i able usefulness thereof is 20! years. Section 4. The faith and credit of such Fire District are hereby irrevocably pledged to the pay ment of the principal of and in terest on such bonds as the same respectively become due and pay able. An annual appropriation shall be made in each year suf ficient to pay the principal of and interest on such bonds be coming due and payable in such year. There shall annually be levied on all the taxable real property in such Fire District a tax without limitation as to rate or amount sufficient to pay the principal of and interest on such bonds as the same become due and payable. Section 5. This resolution shall take effect immediately upon its approval by a majority of the qualified voters of said Fire Dis trict voting at a special election to be called and held in said Fire District.
