Workshops at NWCA There will be a summer photo­ graphy program at the Northern Westchester Center for the Arts in both black and white and color photography. Day and evening classes are available to beginner and advanced students in four or eight week sessions. The dark­ room is equipped with seven enlargers assuring each student of his own enlarger.
