Local Death Record ------------ o ------------ Funeral services for Myron Freer of Minnewater were held Tuesday afternoon from the W. N. Conner Funeral Home, 296 Fair street, Kingston, with the Rev. Harold Hoffman of Stone Ridge Reformed Church officiating. Bearers were Oral Dietz. Samuel Freer, Peter Labello and Fred Booth, all grandsons of deceased. Y., July 9 — The Ladies ’ Aid Society will hold its annual fair on the school grounds Thursday afternoon and evening, July 28. There will be fancy arti cles, ice cream, cake, soft drinks, coffee and hot dogs and rolls on sale. ------------ O ------------ Asleep in Church Antti Oja, a citizen of Finland, who gave his address as New York City and his occupation as a dish washer, , was arrested in Rosen dale by Deputy Sheriff Andrew Ellsworth and brought to the county Jail, to^avyait, a hearing be fore Justice Clyde L. Baxter on a charge\ of public intoxication. Use the News classified advertisements *ui3 get results. Myron C. Freer of Binnewater died on Saturday evening at the Hackett Sanitarium after a long illness. He was a lifelong resident of the town of Rosendale. Sur viving are his wife, Mary L. Freer; a daughter, Mrs. Floyd Deitz, of Binnewater; two sons, Robert, of Stone Ridge, and Rufus, of King ston; two sisters, Mrs. George Walton and Mrs. Edward Booth, of Binnewater; five grandchildren and seven great grandchildren. Funeral services were held on Tuesday at the Conner Funeral Home. Interment was in the Marbletotwn cemetery. ------------ o ------------ LE FEVER FALLS Mr. Shield Barrett of New York and Mr .and Mrs. James Barrett spent the week-end with their mohter at the Barrett homestead.
