In response, a committee headed by Timothy Leahy has worked with the Im- plementation Committee, and has also estab- lished three subcommittees working on planning for: the 22 elementary and secondary schools outside Monroe County; the six Mon- roe County secondary schools; and' fund- raising needs and options.
