MORGAN Desk was informed in person by male complainant on October 31 at 5:15 am that his 2002 Ford E350 had had its wind- shteld shattered Female complainant on October 31 at 7:30 pm told police her house on Summit Avenue had been egged causing about $50 in damage to the screen on the front of the place. A parked 2000 Hyundai on Steers Avenue had its rear window smashed causing about $250 in damage on October 31 at 7:20 pm. Arrest On November 3 at 10:06 pm in Municipal Lot 1 a charge of 2 3 harassment in the sec- #if ond degree, a violation and resisting arrest was brought against a 54- year-old female. On October 31 at 6:23 pm on Steers Avenue near Porpoise Court a 17-year old was arrest- ed for disorderly conduct. Patrolling offi- cer had discovered the defendant to be in possession of alcohol. On Steers Avenue on October 31 at 9:20 pm police arrested another 17-year-old male for disorderly conduct. No details forthcoming. Assault Assault in the second degree, a class D felony was the reported offense on October 30 at 29 minutes past midnight at a bar on Laurel Avenue. A 32-year old male was the victim, and Northport Fire Department was the caller. Persons were interviewed about the nature of the fracas, but no details were released. Graffiti Patrolling officer observed graffiti on a building on Main Street on October 29 at 8:46 am.The maker had used black and red spray paint on roof-level. Photos were taken, and case was referred to patrol. Leaving the scene A 93-year old female from Greenlawn was the complainant in a matter of leav- ing the scene of an incident on October 29 at 6:38 pm on Woodbine Avenue. Between noon and 2 pm an unknown vehicle sideswiped the complainant's gray 1992 Chevrolet Lumina as it was parked unattended front residence of female caller. Damage was to the driver's side rear-view mirror. Criminal mischief On November 2 at 3:08 pm on Washington Place a white 1990 Honda Accord was damaged by vandals. The window had been smashed in an unsuc- cessful attempt to steal the radio. On Woodbine Avenue on October 27 at 2:40 pm business owner called to complain of paint sprayed on his building. Mischief coupled with petit larceny was reported on November 2 at 8:20 am from Woodbine Avenue near Main Street. Male complainant told police the driver's side window had been shattered and an iPod mim and Panasonic radio face plate were stolen. Estimated value: $750. A com- plaint came in from Tump - Hill _- on November 1 at 8:35 am reporting a neigh- bor discharging swimming pool water on to the roadway thus flooding neighbors' driveways and property. Property owner was warned to cease immediately, and was issued a summons for violation of the Property Maintenance Code of New York State. Grand larceny Grand larceny was reported on October 26 at 10:36 pm from Fort Salonga Road. Complainant was owner of a delicatessen who stated his 2002 GMC white Safari was stolen, and had been seen by an anonymous person being driven on Fort Salonga Road eastward. A local search was conducted, but revealed no vehicle. At nine minutes after mid- night vehicle was recovered by Suffolk County Police on Normandy Drive in Fort Salonga. Complainant stated on October 28 at 7 am that his wallet was missing from the vehicle. Petit larceny Petit larceny was the reported offense on November 2 at 4:20 pm on Main Street. Desk was informed by female complainant that a Satellite radio worth $300 had been stolen from her parked tan 2004 Lexus. In the reporting coverage area there dents. No injuries.
