MORGAN A suspicious vehicle report was filed on September 22 at 9:08 am on Main Street near Trinity Regional School. Anonymous caller told police a white Mercury Mountaineer with a female occupant was parked in the middle of the parking lot. Subject did not appear to be dropping off a child, and complainant thought it suspicious. On arrival of police unit vehicle was gone. A suspicious circumstances report was issued on September 22 at i1:18 pm on - Laure}? - Avenue. Complainant stated a male, dressed all in black, wearing a hood. was sitting in rear of parking lot. He left in a red pick- up truck. Report was ° for __ informational purposes as no viola- uon - of- law - was observed. Arrest On a charge of driving while intox- cated and a second charge of cnminal possession of controlled substance a female. 25, and a 27-year-old male were taken into custody on September 20 on Gilbert Street near Fort Salonga Road at 7:31 pm. Six citations were issued. A 33-year-old male was arrest- ed on September 17 at 32 minutes past midnight on Fort Salonga Road near Sandy Hollow Road. Defendant, oper- ating a gray 2005 Hyundai Elantra was observed by police to be driving errat- ically. No further details available. An 18-year-old male from Huntington was arrested on September 16 at 11:03 pm on Fort Salonga Road near Elwood Road on a charge of unlawful posses- sion of marijuana. Harassment Harassment was the charge, but vic- tim refused cooperation on September 17 at 10:56 am on Fort Salonga Road at a delicatessen there. A 48-year-old male victim reported being threatened by a 44-year-old Bellport male. At 5:32 pm on September 18 on Woodbine Avenue near Scudder plainant told police she was driving her grey '98 Mitsubishi Eclipse and was involved in an accident. Larceny Larceny of construction material was reported on September 20 at 11:33 am on Laurel Avenue on the grounds of Laurel Avenue School. Manager told police three roof ventiexhaust fans were stolen, valued at $2,000. There were no witnesses or subjects. Matter was referred to detectives of Suffolk County Police Second Squad. Disturbance Noise from construction was the complaint on September 22 at 9:57 pm on Laure] Avenue at the Laurel Avenue School. Responding officer _ stationed himself - in - the immediate area, but determined that no violation of Village Ordinance had occurred. A dog was reported left in a vehicle on September 22 at 12:08 pm in the shopping center parking lot. On arrival of the blue-and- white, vehicle had left. A station wagon partially obstructing traffic was reported from Woodbine Avenue near Fox Lane on September 19 at 4:13 pm. It was a blue '85 Subaru GL. Officer issued appropriate summons. On September 18 at 8:09 pm in municipal lot number one, three male subjects were interviewed following complaint of a fight. Nine officers converged on the location, but all three subjects appeared to be uninjured; none wanted to pursue criminal charges; and they dispersed | without incident. On September 18 at 3:47 pm tympana- numbing music was the complaint on Woodbine Avenue near a hair salon there. Responding officer found music in the area, but not loud enough to vio- late Village Code ordinance. Ear- piercing melodies were at the heart of the complaint on Bayview Avenue on September 18 at 14 minutes past mid- night. Responding officer got the host to mute the decibels.
