MORGAN On Burr Avenue nome from a pool fil- ter prompted a call to police by 67-year old male caller Police officer spoke to resident who corrected the condition Arrest On August 29 at 6.59 pm in the torm ut an appearance ticket female detendani wurrendered herselt at Headquarters The charge was enmimal mischief in the tourth degree. class A misdemeanor A 21-year old male was taken into custody after patrolling officer observed him velling and screaming at a group of sub- jects in front of a building on Main Street at 440 am on | August 28 The artestee s actions - caused a group of sub jects to gather The whole thing mulled onto Mam Street where arrestee was Natling his fists at a group of about eight subjects He was hauled into Headquarters for processing, but was released on $200 cash bail. Harassment Aggravated harassment was reported from a pizza establishment on Main Street on August 31 at 12:20 pm. Male complainant reported a female in her 30s entered the place and ordered the \All You Can Eat\ menu for herself and her son who was at home. It was explained that the meal so ordered was not for take- out, she became angry and belligerent, stomping out of the place. Later, manag- er of the place received a phone call from a male who turned the air blue with obscenities and ended the conversation with a threat to kill the manager. Suspicious vehicle A suspicious vehicle report was filed on September 1 at 4:14 pm on Main Street. Anonymous caller told police a male was sitting in gray 1988 Oldsmobile in front of the location with the door open. Responding officer spoke to the male who said he was waiting for hns glrlfnend who was shopping 38 at 55 minutes past midnight fmm Fort Salonga Road stating a group of subjects in a black sedan were acting in a suspi- cious manner. On arrival the vehicle was gone. Female complainant on Lewis Road reported a gray 2004 Jeep Cherokee (identified) slow1y circling the area at 3:42 pm on August 29. Responding unit located the vehicle. occupants of which said they were look - ing tor a house that was for sale on Lewis road and were looking over the sur- rounding area Disturbance A gaggle of feckless youth, were reported forming in the parking lot on Main Street on August 31 at 2.19 am Responding officer constrained them to vacate the premises which they did with- out incident A dis pute flared up at a dimer on Main Stree! near Woodbine Avenue on August 29 at 12.58 pm Responding officer amved at the location on information that an employee, using a power washer. had sprayed customers with it. Police constrained him to deflect the tryectory of the power stream away from customers. Female complamant told police on August 28 at 1:31 am on Schooner Road that there was a tympa- na-numbing party in session. On amival police spoke to host who condescended to mute the decibels The noises of another loud bash emanated from a loca- tion on Eatons Neck Road according to anonymous caller on August 28 at 1:24 am. On amival the location was found quiet, but the noises were determined coming from a location on Schooner Road. Oddly no further details were forthcoming. Petit larceny On August 30 at 7:19 pm on For Salonga Road there was a petty theft of gasoline. Complainant told police two males in a tan 2003 Chevrolet Malibu ordered gasoline. but when attendant fin- ished pumping they sped away. Value of gas was $12. A DMV check of the vehi- cle revealed it to be owned by a Northport resident.
