Kiltz, 17, of 121 Schoharie Plank Road, Altamont, was arrested on Dec. 1, at his home, for third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, a misde- meanor, and leaving the scene of a property-damage accident, an infraction. According to Altamont Police, Kiltz hit a car at the intersection of Maple Avenue and Main Street in Altamont on Nov. 28 and then left-the scene. Unrelated to that incident, Altamont Police found Kiltz's truck on Dec. 1 and saw that damage to the truck indi- cated that it had been involved in the accident, the arrest report says, and police learned that Kiltz's driver's license was sus- pended \due to a revocation of his junior license.\ Brian Lewis, 25, of 1064 For- est Rd., Apartment 1, Schenectady, was ticketed on Nov. 30, on Altamont Boulevard, for speeding, an infraction, and unlawful possession of mari- juana, a violation, and was ar- rested for first-degree operation of a motor vehicle while im- paired by drugs, driving with a suspended registration, and third-degree aggravated unli- censed operation of a vehicle, all misdemeanors. Altamont Police stopped Lewis for speeding and then smelled marijuana and no- ticed signs of intoxication, ac- cording to the arrest report. When asked if he had smoked marijuana, Lewis said that he had, the report says. After searching the car, police found a bag of marijuana and Lewis con- sented to a urine test, says the report. **** David G. Williams, 38, of 5763 Route 158; Altamont, was tick- eted on Nov. 11, on Main Street in Altamont for speeding and using a cell phone while driving and was arrested for third- degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, and suspended registration, both misdemeanors. Williams was stopped on Main Street for speeding and using a cell phone by Altamont Police, the arrest report says. After checking with the state's Department of Motor Vehicles, police found that Wil- liams's license and registration had been suspended, the report says. **** Peter T. McGrath, 36, of 123 Altamont Avenue, Voorheesville, was arrested on Nov. 4, on Altamoht Boulevard for second- degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, a misdemeanor, and speeding, an infraction. Altamont Police stopped McGrath for speeding and, after checking with the state's Department of Motor Ve- hicles, found that he had a total of six suspensions, four scoffs on three dates, the arrest report says. Blotters and Dockets Bryeanna L. Villain, 21, of 5 Latham Village Ln., apartment I, Latham, was arrested on Nov. II, on Western Avenue near the Northway, for two misdemean- ors: driving while intoxicated, first offense and operating a mo- tor vehicle under the influence of alcohol or drugs and for operat- ing a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol and drugs in combination and possession of marijuana, a violation. Villani was pulled over by Guilderland Police after they saw him cross- ing onto the northbound ramp of the Northway from Western Avenue and driving in \an er- ratic manner\ including crossing over the bike lane and white line, which is illegal, according to the arrest report. Villani failed a field-sobriety test, an alcohosensor detected a blood- alcohol content of .08 percent, and marijuana was found in his front left pocket along with a pipe, the report says. Guilder- land Police say Villani admitted to smoking \one bowl of mari- juana,\ and he was taken to St. Peter's Hospital for alcohol and drug testing. **** Dale S. Tassinari, 18, of 1225 Second Ave., Schenectady, was arrested on Nov. 12, at Gipp Road and Western Avenue, for driving while intoxicated, first offense; operating a motor vehi- cle with a blood alcohol content of .08 percent or greater; and second-degree reckless endan- germent — all misdemeanors. Tassinari was pulled over by Guilderland Police after they saw him driving with an ob- structed view and police also saw two unsecured males lying in the bed of his pickup truck, and, upon investigation, police ad- ministered a field-sobriety test, which Tassinari failed, according to the arrest report. A check with the state's Department of Motor Vehicles revealed that Tassinari's driver's license was suspended for failing to pay a fine, and police also discovered that Tassinari was wanted by Schenectady County Sheriffs Department on a felony warrant for burglary, the report says. **** Laquinda T. Pinckney, 24, of 108 Second Ave., Albany, was arrested on Nov. 15, a t Cross- gates Mall, for fourth-degree criminal possession of stolen property, a felony. Marcy, 30, of 383 Niles Rd. in Medusa, was ar- rested on Nov. 27 a t 1054 Route 403 in The Hilltbwns for three misdemeanors — driving while intoxicated, first offense, oper- ating a motor vehicle with a blood-alcohol content of .08 or greater; and third-degree aggra- vated unlicensed operation of a vehicle. Marcy was also arrested for four infractions — speeding, operating a motor vehicle while unlicensed, drinking alcohol in a motor vehicle on a highway, and failure to keep right. The Al- bany County Sheriffs Depart- ment investigated ?i personal injury automobile accident in- volving Marcy and noticed signs of intoxication, the arrest report says. Marcy was given field- sobriety tests, which he failed, and police gave Marcy a pre- screening device, which indi- cated a positive reading, the ar- rest report says. A license check revealed that Marcy's license was suspended on Nov. 24, for failing to answer a summons out of Whitestown (Oneida County), and a breathalyzer administered at the Westerlo State Police Bar- racks revealed Marcy's blood- alcohol-content to be .11, the arrest report says. Lynda Millain Sedefian, 45, of 101 Stone Ridge Ct. in Altamont, was arrested on Nov. 25 at the intersection of Gipp Road and Western Avenue in Guilderland driving while intoxicated, first offense, and operating a motor vehicle with a blood-alcohol- content of .08 or greater, both misdemeanors. Sedefian was also charged with two infractions — speeding and failure to keep right. The Albany County Sher- iffs Department stopped Sede- fian for violations of the Vehicle and Traffic Law, and police no- ticed signs of intoxication, the arrest report says. Sedefian said that she had been drinking and was asked by police to perform field-sobriety tests, the arrest report says. Sedefian's vehicle was towed, and she was brought to the patrol station, where a chemical test revealed her blood- alcohol content to be .19, the arrest report says. **** Shannon L. Andrus, 23, of 16 Messer Ln. in Berne, was ar- rested on Nov. 25 at the inter- section of the Delaware Turn- pike and County Route 353 in Rensselaerville for aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, a misdemeanor, and operation of a motor vehicle without stoplights, an infraction. The Albany County Sheriffs Department stopped Andrus for a violation of the Vehicle and Traffic Law — inadequate stop- lights, the arrest report says. A license check showed that An- drus's license was suspended on July 23, out of the Town of Berne to answer a summons, the arrest report says. SALE!!! The Albany County Sheriffs Department stopped Brice for a violation of the Vehicle and Traffic Law, the arrest report says. The front and rear license plates on the vehicle did not match, and nei- ther of the two license plates were registered to the vehicle, the arrest report says. A license check showed that Brice's license was revoked a total of 11 times — twice on Dec. 6, 2003, for failing to answer a summons out of Cairo (Greene County); five times on May 27, 2005, out of Cairo; once on March 23, 2004, for an insurance lapse; twice on Aug. 14, 2006 out of Catskill (Schoharie County); and once on June, 14, 2006 for operating without insurance, the arrest report says. The car was towed at the scene, and Brice was re- leased on $260 bail, the arrest report says. **** Kyle Matthew Nardolillo, 18, of 84 Hannay Ln. in Glenmont, was arrested on Nov. 22 at 390 New Salem Rd. in New Scotland for criminal possession of stolen property, a misdemeanor. The Albany County Sheriffs De- partment arrested Nardolillo after an investigation revealed he was in possession of a stolen 2001 all-terrain vehicle, the ar- rest report says. Nardolillo was processed at the patrol station and released on an appearance ticket to appear in the New Scotland Town Court on Dec. 14, the arrest report says. **** Wayne M. Fiorelli, 19, of 6 Summit Dr. in Marlboro (Ulster County), was arrested on Nov. 19 at the intersection of Church Road and Western Avenue in Guilderland for possession of a forged instrument, a misde- meanor. The Albany County Sheriffs Department says Fiorelli was a passenger in a vehicle stopped for a violation of the Vehicle and Traffic Law. Fiorelli had a forged New York State learner's permit, which had the date of birth changed to Jan. 29, 1981, which made Fiorelli appear to be 25 years old, so he could purchase alcohol, the arrest report says. **** Nicolaas J. Pennings, 20, of 1 Lincoln Ave. in Goshen (Orange County), was >airrested on Nov. 19 at l;he intersection of Church Road and Western Avenue in Guilderland for possession of a forged, instrument, a misde- meanor. The Albany County Sheriffs Department says Pen- nings was a passenger in a vehi- cle stopped for a violation of the Vehicle and Traffic Law. Pen- nings had a forged New York State driver's license, and the date of birth was changed to Oct. 11, 1980, to make Pennings ap- pear to be 26 years old so h e could pufchase alcohol, the ar- rest report says. Candace E. Gonzalez, 22, of 278 Morton Ave., Albany, was arrested on Nov. 11, on Western Avenue, for third-degree aggra- vated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle and operating a motor vehicle with a suspended registration, both misdemeanors, and three infractions: operating a motor vehicle without insur- ance, operating a motor vehicle without an inspection certificate, and operating a motor vehicle as an unlicensed driver. Gonzalez was stopped by Guilderland Po- lice for a vehicle infraction, and a license check revealed that Gonzalez's driver's license was suspended in October for a n in- surance lapse, and police also discovered that Gonzalez's vehi- cle's' registration was also sus- pended due to an insurance lapse, according to the arrest report.
