Chen, 38, of 2X07 Brandywine Parkway, Guilder- land, was ticketed on Nov. 11, at Crossgates Mall, for second- degree harassment, with physi- cal contact, a violation. Chen was involved in an altercation where he struck the complain- ant's face with an open hand and a Styrofoam plate in the mall's food court, according to Guild- erland Police. **** Vramir A. Branch, 18, of 384 Mountain St. Albany; Raa-Jiem Z. Coleman, 16, of 185 Second St., second floor, Albany; Bu- Quan Q. Galloway, 18, of 465 North Pearl St., Albany; and Tameka S. Wright, 20, of 311 Second St., Albany, were all ar- rested on Nov. 11, at Crossgates Mall. Both Branch and Coleman were arrested for fourth-degree criminal possession of a weapon with intent to use, a misde- meanor, and disorderly conduct, with fighting and violent behav- ior, a violation. Galloway and Wright were both ticketed for disorderly conduct, with fighting and violent behavior, a violation. Branch, Coleman, Galloway, and Tameka were all arrested by Guilderland Police after they were involved in a physical fight outside of the Dick's Sporting Goods parking lot, and, after further investigation, both Branch and Coleman were,found to have four-inch folding knives in their possession during the incident, according to the arrest reports. **** Anda M. Ibrahim, 21, of 183, Elk St., Albany, was arrested on Nov. 10, at Crossgates Mall, for fifth-degree criminal possession of stolen property, petit larceny, and third-degree criminal tres- passing, in an enclosed property, all misdemeanors. Little mote than two hours later, Ibrahim was stopped by management at the Against All Odds store i n the mall after she was seen removing security tags from a shift, and, after Guilder- land Police were called, the ar- resting officer recognized Ibra- him because of her previous ar- rest and release from the mall prior to the incident, according to the arrest reports. The store \refused\ to press charges be- cause Ibrahim paid them $10 for the shirt she took the tags off of, the report says. According to Guilderland Police, during Ibra- him's transport to the main po- lice station, she said, \I wish I could get in a car accident and die so I can be with my parents,\ after which, a mobile crisis unit was called in and Ibrahim was taken to the Capital District Psychiatric Center in Albany per the mobile crisis units' recom- mendation. **** Ashleigh L. Ivanoff, 48, of 19 Woodlake, apartment 2, Guild- erland, was arrested on Nov. 11, at Crossgates Mall, for petit lar- ceny, a misdemeanor. Guilder- land Police say Ivanoff took two fashion jewelry bracelets, one pair of earrings, and one woman's nightgown, worth a total of $100, and that she con- cealed the items in her clothing before she left the store without paying. Ian M. Graison, 16, of 97 Mor- ris St., Albany, was arrested on Nov. 7, at Crossgates Mall, for petit larceny, a misdemeanor. Guilderland Police say Graison was stopped by a Best Buy loss- prevention officer for stealing the Playstation II game Sould Caliber and a Halloween II DVD, worth a total of $46.97, from the store. Guilderland Police ;say they • saw Primiano drive over the curb While he was heading onto the Northway from Western Avenue and h e was given a field- sobriety test, which h e failed. Jordan R. DeanrGleason, 19, of 44 Church St.,. Chatham, and Jonathan L. Koblenzer, of 37 Church St., Chatham, were both arrested on Nov. 10 for fifth- degree criminal possession of marijuana, a misdemeanor. Guilderland Police say Dean- Gleason was operating his vehi- cle in the Macy\s lower-level parking lot while in possession of burning marijuana with Koblen- zer as his front-seat passenger. Police discovered a glass pipe containing burned marijuana and a glass container with marijuana residue inside of it in Dean-Gleason's vehicle as well as marijuana in Koblenzer's shoe, according to the arrest re- ports. John M. Woods, 44, of 1673 Ridge Rd., Queensbury, N.Y., was arrested on Nov. 13, on Western Avenue, for driving while intoxicated, first offense, and operating a motor vehicle with a blood-alcohol content of .08 percent or greater, both mis- demeanors, and leaving the scene of a property-damage auto accident, an infraction. Woods was involved in a hit-and-run property-damage auto accident and was located a short time later by Guilderland Police, pulling into the Campus Getty on Western Avenue; according to the arrest report. Whilie inter- viewed by police, Woods admit- ted his pickup struck another vehicle and left the scene and police could smell alcohol and saw Woods display signs of in- toxication, after which, police administered a field-sobriety test, which he failed, and a chemical test revealed a blood- alcohol content of .20 percent, the report says — Woods was later positively identified as the driver of the vehicle in the hit- and-run. **** Genevieve C. Plair, 36, of 176 Sheridan Ave., Albany, was ar- rested on Nov. 8, at Crossgates Mall, for petit larceny, a misde- meanor. Guilderland Police say Plair was seen by a loss- prevention officer taking a bottle of perfume from J.C. Dinardi, 18, of 12 Presidential Dr., Kinderhook, arrested on Oct. 27 at Stuyve- sant Plaza on Western Avenue for fourth-degree criminal mis- chief, pleaded guilty to disor- derly conduct and was sentenced to pay a $100 in restitution. Dinardi was one of four other minors arrested on the same date — the other three charged have yet to have their cases heard; — Scott R, McKlusky, 30, of 408 Brandywine Park, Guilder- land, was arrested on Oct. 9 and Oct. 16, for second-degree unlaw- ful imprisonment; fourth-degree criminal mischief, with intent to damage property; second-degree harassment, with physical con- tact; second-degree harassment, using a telephone; and second- degree failing to obey an order of protection. He pleaded guilty to disorderly conduct and was sen- tenced to pay a $200 fine and a $100 surcharge; and — Timothy C. Skinner, 41, of 45 East Highland Dr., Guilder- land, arrested on Nov. 12, at East Highland Drive and West- ern Avenue, for driving while intoxicated, first offense, and operating a motor vehicle with a blood-alcohol content of .08 per- cent or greater, pleaded guilty to driving while intoxicated and was sentenced to pay a $500 fine, a $190 surcharge, and at- tend both a victims' impact panel and a drinking-and-driving pro- gram. Blotters and Dockets Anthony S. Truocchio, 19, of 240 Pearl St., Ronkonkoma, N.Y., and Patrick J. Sherlock, 19, of 6729 Jackson Hill Rd., Chittenango, N.Y., were both arrested on Nov. 10, on Johnston Road near the Westmere Ele- mentary School. Truocchio was arrested for driving while intoxi- cated, first offense; operating a motor vehicle under the influ- ence of drugs, first offense; and fifth-degree criminal possession of marijuana — all misdemean- ors; and for failing to keep right, an infraction. Sherlock was ar- rested for fifth-degree criminal possession of marijuana, a mis- demeanor. Guilderland Police Say Truocchio was stopped on Johnston Road for Vehicle and Traffic Law violations and, when officers approached his vehicle, the smelled burning marijuana coming from inside the vehicle and Truocchio was displaying signs of intoxication. Police saw a partially smoked marijuana cigarette in plain view behind Sherlock who was sitting in the front passenger seat and later admitted to smoking marijuana prior to be- ing pulled over, and Truocchio also admitted-to smoking mari- juana while driving his vehicle, according to the arrest reports. Truocchio failed the field- sobriety test and tested positive for alcohol and he submitted to both a breathalyzer test and a urine test, the reports say, and, in addition to police finding a metal \billy club\ in Truocchio's vehicle, both Truocchio and Sherlock were in possession of altered driver's licenses to make them appear older in order to obtain alcoholic beverages. James S. Rankin, 33, of 32 A Pine Ln., apartment 5, Albany, was arrested at Knowles Terrence and Western Avenue, for third-degree aggravated unli- censed operation of a motor ve- hicle, a misdemeanor, and fail- ing to keep right, an infraction. Rankin was stopped by Guild- erland Police for failing to keep right and a license check re- vealed that his driver's license was suspended a total four times on two dates, according to the arrest report. **** Timothy C. Skinner, 41, of 45 East Highland Dr., Guilderland, was arrested on Nov. 12, at East Highland Drive and Western Avenue, for driving while intoxi- cated, first offense, and operat- ing a motor vehicle with a blood- alcohol content of .08 percent or greater, both misdemeanors. Guilderland Police say they stopped Skinner after he was seen violating Vehicle and Traf- fic Laws and police could smell alcohol and saw Skinner display signs of intoxication. Skinner was given a field-sobriety test, which he failed, according to the arrest report. Andrew J. Deangelis, 29, of 859 Madison Ave., apartment 1, Albany, was arrested on Nov. 16, on Western Avenue near the Northway, for third-degree ag- gravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, a misdemeanor. Deangelis was arrested by Guilderland Police because he had five active suspensions on his driver's license from two separate dates, according to the arrest report. KEVIN A.
