Bids will be received at the Village Clerk's Office, 5 East Street, Honeoye Falls, N.Y. prior to 8:15 p.m. on July 6 and such bi(l~ will be opened and read publicly at 8:15 p.m. whereby the Vi llage Board will consider such purchase. Bids shall include a delivery date for such equipment. Bids shall be submitted to the Village in a scaled envelope bearing the name and address of the Bidder. Bidders shall comply with Section 103A and Section 1030 of the General Municipal Law of the State of New York. Swimming to Start at Mendon Ponds Lifeguards w~1 be' .on duty at Mendon Ponds Park as swimming areas in Monroe County Parks officially open on Saturday, June 20, according to Lucien Moran, County Executive. Swimming is permitted free of charge at the beach in Mendon Ponds Park from \0:30 a.m. until 7:30 p.m. A guarantee wiII be required with each bid in the amount of five percent of the amount of the bid in the form of a certified check or bid. Such guarantee will be returned to all unsuccessful bidders within sixty days. The Village of Honeoye Falls reserved the right to reject and and all bids, to waive any informalities in the bidding, and to award the contract to other than the low bidder, if deemed to be in the best interest of the Village.
