Page-14-Banner Times Tuesday, May 28, 1985 LEGAL NOTICE NOTICE OF ANNUAL SCHOOL DISTRICT MEETING Notice is hereb given that the Annual Meeting of the inhabitants of Sandy Creek Central School District qualified to vote at school meetings in said district, will be held in the auditorium of the Sandy Creek Central School on Tuesday, June 4,1985 at 8:00 p.m. for the transaction of such business as is authorized by the Education Law. On Wednesday, June 5, 1985 between the hours of 12:00 Noon and 9:00 p.m. in the elementary school gymnasium, at Sandy Creek, N.Y. the qualified voters of the District will be voting on the 1985-86 budget and one Board Member position. Notice is also given that petitions nominating candidates for the office of member of the Board of Education must be filed with the District Clerk no later than 4:00 p.m. on May 6, 1985. Such petitions must be signed by at least 25 qualified voters of the School District, state the residence of each signer and state the specific office for which a candidate is nominated. Petition forms are available at the District Clerk's Office. The following vacancy is to be filled on the Board of Education: Board Member for five years due to the expiration of the term of Paulette Lindsey. Copies of the estimated receipts and expenditures for the 1985-86 school year will be available to interested persons at the office of the District Clerk in the Elementary Building from 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. during the seven days preceedmg the meeting, other than Saturdays, Sundays and holidays. Copies will also be available at the meeting. The program was presented by Grangers from Sandy Creek and Pulaski. The music was provided by Mrs. Bacon and Maurice Hurd. Warren Chatterton, Pomona Grange Master, announced that Oneida County Pomona Grange will visit Oswego County, at Central Square on Friday, May 31 at 8 p.m. Mrs. Roselyn M. Teelin of Holland Patent, Lecturer of the Oneida Pomona Grange, will present the program. The Oswego County Pomona Grange picnic will be held June 8 at 1 p.m. at the Town of Hastings Municipal Park. All Grange families are invited to attend. The third Pomona Grange group meeting will be held in the Mt.
