T h e G e n e s e o L a m r o n W i s h e s Y o u A H a p p y H o M a y Gay is Good I write as a homosexual I am letter as an individual, as a person. No one has found any valid scientific h o m o s e x u a l i t y is a sickness, neurosis, or pathology of any -kind. It is a preferred orientation or propensity, not different in heterosexuality, Homosexuality is not inferior to h e t e r o s e x u a l i t y ; it is not a s e c o n d b e s t condition. The problem s of the Homosexual stem from discrimination by the heterosexual majority. There is no valid reason, I believe, for a person to subject himself or herself to any type of therapy. Many people do this because of submission to societal prejudice. S u c h submission is immoral, preju d i c e is immoral. Has anyone considered the fact that heterosexuals rarely (if to ch a n g e to occasionally homosexuals wish to become heterosexual. This may imply the same conclusion that can be drawn from the in Negroes The conclusion is that society has forced a minority group into a false sense of inferiority. Many Negro leaders use the slogan \Black is beautiful\. I wish to instill a sense of confidence and a c c e p t a n c e so every homosexual can say with pride 'GAYGAY ISS GOOD\.OOD\. \ I G S U N D A N C E 106 Main Street ’round back, behind Buzzo’s Music Open Late 10 am-9 pm Pottery & Jewelry M4I B U Z Z O S P E C I A L S ' D e a d T r i p l e - 9 . 9 8 L i s t 5 . 9 9 M o o d y B l u e * 7 « h S o j o u r n - 3 . 4 9 J .
